Read before confirming your stay
By placing a booking with CASA 55 you confirm that all guests agree to comply with the house rules, cancellation policy, and privacy statement published on this site. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for the conduct of the entire group during the stay.
Government-issued photo identification for every adult guest must be shared before check-in. Names on IDs must match the booking record. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the required documents are not provided.
Payments are collected via UPI or bank transfer from the lead guest. A security deposit may be requested and will be refunded within 24–48 hours post checkout after inspection. Any damages, missing items, or rule violations can be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately.
CASA 55 is a smoke-free environment indoors. Quiet hours apply as listed in the House Rules. Visitors beyond the registered guest list require prior written approval.
We take reasonable care to maintain the apartment and listed amenities. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (utility outages, civic works, force majeure). If such events materially affect your stay we will work with you to reschedule or refund unused nights where feasible.
